PALPAY Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in 1998 and our main focus has been the development of an Employee Management System. We are a South African Company with Black Empowerment Shareholding of forty percent. Our Staff compliment consist of seventy percent previously disadvantaged individuals.

We have an experienced team of Technical Developers as well as Consulting and Support Staff which provide a professional, efficient and cost effective service to our Clients.

The PALPAY application has been developed to meet the demands of corporate and industrial organizations and it addresses an identified need in the market for an application which is cost effective, yet providing the necessary functional flexibility in a forever changing Payroll and Human Resources environment.

We are constantly striving to improve our solution by adding functionality that is required not only by our current clients, but also market trends and developments.

We have successfully converted and implemented 42 Payrolls to PALPAY over the past 5 years. These include Harmony Gold (which employs in excess of 45 000 employees), DRD Gold, Duff Scott Hospital, Simmer and Jack Mines and Armgold.

We are affiliate to the Information Technology Association of South Africa and we serve on the Executive Committee of the Payroll Authors Group. The main aim of the Payroll Authors Group is to liaise with Government Bodies regarding legislative changes and requirements.
