MMS Payslips by PALPAY Solutions

PALPAY is proud to announce that payslips can now be received in MMS format for employees who elect to receive an electronic payslip rather than a printed payslip. This new offering enhances the cost, time and administrative saving available to our clients. As a result of the introduction of this new facility, two new employee level data fields have been included in the system. The first controls whether the employee has elected to receive an MMS payslip and the second specifies in which language the MMS must be presented. The existing employee's cell phone number will be used as the number to which the MMS will be sent. Copies of the standard payslips are still saved on the system and thus can be printed on request if they are needed in paper format e.g. for account opening purposes.
